Inside/Outside Sales Representative Air Link International has an immediate need for a results-oriented and self motivated Sales Representative working out of our headquarters in Anaheim. Effective business development is a critical part of our success and we’re looking for an individual with prior inside and/or outside sales experience who possesses professional polish, superior interpersonal and phone skills, and have the personality to influence the customer’s buying decision. Primary Responsibilities: • Identify and contact “decision makers” of prospect companies by telephone, B2B face to face meetings, written correspondence, internet, email, and any other appropriate means for the purpose of making sales presentations and procuring contracts. • Prioritize companies and locations with immediate needs, and where the dollar potential is greatest in order to grow sales revenues as expeditiously as possible. • Utilizing Goldmine, maintain and update database of target companies in order to service and/or follow-up effectively. • Maintain existing customer accounts while generating new leads. • Attend occasional trade shows (local and national). • Conduct material take offs from plans (estimating projects for bid proposals). • Type up quotes and send out to customer for bidding. • Work closely with outside contracted venders to ensure correct and updated labor quotes on jobs. • Take inbound customer calls. Job Requirements: • Must be able to work independently with little supervision. • Must be comfortable with cold calling, appointment setting, and face to face presentations. • Polished, professional, and have superior phone/in-person communication skills. • Influencing personality – “sales” mindset. • No prior Tube System experience is required. • 1-2 years experience in related field or industry such as construction, electrical, plumbing, mechanical equipment, material handling equipment, or HVAC experience is preferred. • Field engineering experience a plus, but not required. • Goldmine database knowledge is a plus, but not required. • MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required. • Must be self motivating, have high energy and can multi-task • Bring fresh ideas and creativeness!
